A cold reminder..... Last week power was cut to our home for 16 hours, and being winter, it got very cold. But then I starting thinking about the homeless. Where I had a small generator capable of running our heater, many are living on the streets, out in the elements, every night! The reminder? It's the time of year to buy some more backpack swags for the homeless. We've been doing this for a few years now, and whilst what we do only scratches the surface of the problem, it no doubt makes a difference to the people they reach.
