Bizopt have just been through our first COVID ERP & WMS rollout. This involved an import and wholesale distribution client, replacing an in-house developed system that had been running for decades.
"Yes" we had to give serious consideration with regards to how we approached business acceptance, data-validation, training and go-live support, but after a very smooth transition, a formal hand-over from software vendor support to business-as-usual is imminent. A true credit to all involved.
