For several years, BizOpt has been funding backpack swags for Melbourne's homeless. Last week - through unexpected circumstances, I was very grateful to actually met a person that has received one!

I have to say it was a very humbling moment. But more than that, the gentleman involved had fantastic real-life experience ideas about how they could be improved!

Given discussions regarding improvements/optimisation are our business, we have since been in touch with the designers, and hope to work with them on a solution to make them even more valuable to those in desperate need. Thanks 'Batman' (name withheld out of respect)
